Terms & Conditions for 9ltd — Please Read Before Using the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "9ltd", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at 9ltd.io.
• "Platform" means the 9ltd website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, games, betting markets, payment tools, and account management features accessible at 9ltd.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of 9ltd.io.

To register an account and use the 9ltd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. 9ltd operates a strict 21+ policy. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds held in that account will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being). Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-natural persons are not permitted to hold accounts on the Platform.
• You must be using the Platform for your own personal, recreational use only. Use of the Platform for commercial purposes, on behalf of another person, or as a proxy player is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling platforms. If you have previously self-excluded from 9ltd, you must not attempt to register a new account.
• You must have the legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding agreement with 9ltd.

Each individual may hold one (1) account only on the 9ltd Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where 9ltd determines that a Player holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided, and winnings generated using bonus funds may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, current address, mobile number, and email address. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information at any point during registration or subsequent account updates.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 9ltd account and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Notify 9ltd support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.
• Ensure that any payment methods linked to your account are registered in your own name.

9ltd reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

9ltd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that all Players must complete before withdrawals will be processed. The KYC process may be initiated at account registration or at any point during the account lifecycle at 9ltd's discretion.

As part of KYC verification, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months confirming your current residential address.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 9ltd account balance within five minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two business hours. 9ltd does not impose a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus-generated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational constraints.
• 9ltd reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement specified in the offer) on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate, and certain games may be excluded entirely.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that have not been withdrawn before the expiry date will be removed from your account without notice.

All sports bets placed on the 9ltd Platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), American football, football, kabaddi, and other markets — are published in the relevant sport's rules section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: 9ltd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded or commenced (where live betting is not available), bets placed on markets with a manifest pricing error, or bets that exceed the maximum permitted stake for a given market.
• Void Bets: A bet will be declared void and the stake returned where: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion of the minimum required play; the match result cannot be officially confirmed within a reasonable timeframe; or the bet was accepted due to a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being published.
• Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed during live in-play markets are accepted subject to current match conditions. 9ltd uses automated systems and may suspend markets at any time during an event. Bets already confirmed before a market suspension remain valid unless voided under the conditions above.
• Accumulator Bets: If one or more legs of an accumulator bet are voided, the accumulator will be settled as if those legs had not been included, with the odds of the remaining legs applying.

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, chip dumping, or any other form of financial crime using the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play casino games.
• Exploiting game malfunctions, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

9ltd shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, arising from or related to your use of the Platform:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or loss of business opportunity.
• Interruption of service due to technical issues, server maintenance, internet outages, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Decisions made by game provider software, live dealer outcomes, or sports event results.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 9ltd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 9ltd operates as an online platform and makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 9ltd Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. 9ltd accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is not permitted.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 9ltd support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English.
